**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Tech Liaison to join our team. This role is perfect for those passionate about technology, thriving in collaborative environments, and solving complex challenges.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, ICT Operations, and other teams across the Agency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Onsite Support: Bridge between technical staff, vendors, and end users, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Video Conferencing and AV Services: Configure, test, and train end users on video conferencing and audio-visual technologies.
  • Physical Network Solutions: Handle hardware installation, removal, patching, and break-fix troubleshooting.
  • M365 Platform Assistance: Provide support on the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior executives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Technical Expertise: Comfortable with hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Work well with diverse teams and translate tech jargon into plain language.
  • Adaptability: Embrace new technologies and expand knowledge.
  • Relationship Building: Positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • System Knowledge: Previous experience working with M356 and Teams within a large organization.
