
Chief Hospitality Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global operations team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service, corporate hospitality, and/or barista work. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional client experiences by handling hospitality services, reception duties, meeting room setup and support, technical assistance, room maintenance, kitchen management, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:- Hospitality Services: Provide refreshments, catering, tea/coffee orders, and ensure client comfort during meetings.
- Reception & Client Service: Manage the inbox, handle urgent queries, and provide reception cover in the absence of the receptionist.
- Meeting Room Setup & Support: Arrange furniture, catering, AV/sound checks, and conference facilities for meetings and events.
- Technical Assistance: Support staff and guests with IT/AV needs, resolving tech issues, and liaising with the IT department.
- Room & Facility Maintenance: Monitor and report issues, reset rooms after use, and maintain visitor desks.
- Kitchen & Breakout Area Management: Keep shared spaces clean and functional, restock supplies, and perform routine equipment cleaning.
- Office Supplies & Procurement: Order, restock, and manage inventory for stationery, kitchen, cleaning supplies, and process related invoices.
- General Office Administration: Support the Office Operations Manager with building management liaison, security procedures, procedure manuals, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Corporate boardroom hospitality experience highly regarded.
- Barista license (desired).
- RSA (desired).
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends for special events.
