Our company seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of facilities and assets, ensuring seamless operations.

The role involves supervising multiple trades contractors, managing inductions, and planning long-term maintenance for plants and assets. Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee security systems, including CCTV and access control, and plan daily site compliance maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a high voltage trade background or relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supervising trade labor, asset management, and maintenance procedures. They must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to build and maintain successful working relationships, and have experience using Microsoft Office and maintenance planning software.

A key responsibility of this role is to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives. The successful candidate will be hands-on, with proven experience in contractor supervision and management.
