Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Care Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical assessments and care plans, leading a team of Registered Nurses, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, and developing mentoring programs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty, have 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 3 years in aged care, and demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and mentoring skills.
