Job Description

As a Senior Merchandise Planner, you will play a key role in shaping collections that empower and inspire customers. This is an exciting opportunity to turn trend insights and data into confident, customer-first ranges.

You will be responsible for developing seasonal and annual sales, margin, and inventory plans to drive commercial outcomes. You will also partner with Buying to shape balanced, customer-focused ranges by category and price architecture.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Financial & Merchandise Planning: Develop strategic plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Range & OTB Strategy: Partner with Buying to create customer-focused ranges.
  • In-Season Trading: Monitor performance and take action to maximize sell-through and profitability.
  • Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels across channels.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide clear, actionable reporting and commercial insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record in Planning and minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in an agile, high-pace environment and identify solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel and Merchandise Planning software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
