At our production facility, we are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Steel Fabricator.
About the Position- Operate machinery to cut and bend steel into structural shapes as specified by work orders, drawings, templates or layout.
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the production process, ensuring that rebar shapes meet production requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Perform pre-start checks on equipment and machinery before use, reporting any faults to supervisors immediately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any breakdowns, safety issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet production standards.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies.
