About the OpportunityThis renowned company has a rich history spanning over 50 years in QLD, providing high-quality steel products to esteemed clients within the Building and Construction industries. Projects range from government facilities and hospitals to commercial buildings and military projects, with custom fabrication also undertaken.
About the RoleAs a trade qualified Boilermaker, you will oversee a team of approximately 12 workshop staff, ensuring optimal quality and productivity. Key responsibilities include implementing QA systems, adhering to OH&S regulations, and assisting in the quality control and fabrication of steel, aluminium, and stainless products according to precise fabrication drawings.
Transportation of fabricated steel to site or specialist coaters is also a critical aspect of the role, along with managing project schedules, timelines, and delivery schedules.
