Operational Manager

This is a key leadership position within our distribution team where you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of operators to achieve warehouse targets. Your primary goal will be to provide effective leadership, motivation, and control of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the department reaches its targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of operators to achieve warehouse targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform hands-on warehouse operational duties as required.
- Ensure an appropriate level of engagement with internal customers.
- Maintain and exceed service levels in compliance with departmental targets.
- 3+ years' experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record as a team leader/supervisory role in managing people.
- Experience and solid understanding of warehouse procedures, best practices, and KPIs.
- Formal education or certifications in Warehousing/Logistics/Supply Chain Operations.
The Warehouse environment requires some light physical effort and includes prolonged standing. The work environment is diverse and collective.
