**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our Salesforce Practice. As a key member of our team, you will act as a conduit between technology and the business for our clients, engaging end-to-end from pre-sales and requirements elicitation through to solution design and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with clients to critically understand their operations and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications, creating briefs and user stories that meet their needs.
  • Develop business flowcharts and visual aids to communicate changes to the business teams, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Determine potential solutions and test them for technical and business compatibility, providing recommendations to clients.
  • Develop project feasibility reports and present solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize features, define project scope, and identify risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Plan and schedule timelines and milestones for projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations, maintaining open communication with clients.
  • Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans, ensuring business continuity.

**Requirements**

  • Proven skills and experience within Financial Services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • 5+ years of project delivery experience, with experience in presales proposals and estimation.
  • High initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strong consulting, client engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prioritization and ability to provide oversight and engagement across multiple projects, ensuring effective project management.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on work quality planning, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Self-managing and driven to achieve personal and company goals, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Previous Salesforce experience is ideal but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support for our team members.
