Account Director Job Description

The role of Account Director requires strong leadership skills to manage client relationships, deliver impactful results and drive business growth. This position involves overseeing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff to ensure their professional development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for clients, aligning with their goals and objectives
  • Lead campaigns from concept to execution, managing timelines and ensuring quality delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to expand client accounts

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing or integrated agency
  • Proven track record of leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
