Lead Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and shape the future of our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals, driving client engagements, and delivering outstanding results. They will also play a key role in shaping the company culture and ensuring that our values are lived daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client engagements and deliver great outcomes.
  • C coach and mentor junior team members through training, feedback, and day-to-day support.
  • Be present in the office, collaborating face-to-face with colleagues.
  • Represent the organization at external events and forums, helping grow our brand and network.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification (B.Com, B.Bus – Major in Accounting)
  • 5–7 years experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting firms
  • CA or CPA certification
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and care
  • Passion for continuous improvement in procedures, processes, or client experience
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and chairing meetings
