This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may be early in their sales or customer service career but is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact. We'll provide training and support so you can succeed and develop your career in a stable, respected industry leader.

What you'll be doing
  • Building strong relationships with our customers across Newcastle and the Upper Hunter.
  • Supporting customers with their concrete needs – from small projects to major builds.
  • Working closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure we deliver the right product, on time.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and provide solutions.
  • Learning the ins and outs of the concrete business and developing your sales skills along the way.
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy working with others and building connections.
  • Some experience in sales, account management or customer service (construction or trade-related is a bonus, but not essential).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A current driver's licence – you'll be visiting customers across the region.
