Job Summary:

Morale Care seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Marketing Associate to promote our services and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience
  • Create compelling content for social media channels, including blog posts, articles, and infographics
  • Manage and maintain our online presence across various platforms
  • Design and develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and posters
  • Plan and coordinate events and promotional activities to raise awareness about our services
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in social media management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
