Requirements:
- Proven experience in GP medical reception or practice management

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing nursing and administration staff is an advantage but not essential
- Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings is preferred
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations
