National Manager Credit Operations: A Key Role in Financial Services

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire credit operations process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering effective communication with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with Allianz Services and Credit teams, overseeing cost centre management, and driving collection KPIs.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage the relationship with Allianz Services and the Credit teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with organisational goals.
  2. Oversee cost centre management, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing efficient strategies to maintain prudent control over operational expenses.
  3. Drive collection KPIs, ensuring timely and effective debt recovery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  4. Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration.
About You
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and bring significant experience in insurance, underwriting, or credit operations within complex organisations.
  • You have extensive leadership experience in operational credit roles, guiding and inspiring teams in dynamic environments.
  • You focus on empowering individuals and teams to reach their potential, nurturing talent development and building pipelines for growth.
  • You possess strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions with a collaborative approach.
  • You excel in communication, attention to detail, and prioritisation, planning, and coordinating multiple priorities.
