Senior Credit Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to assume a senior credit leadership role in our Agribusiness Division.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategies for business and personal lending from a wide range of clients and businesses, primarily in the Agribusiness sector.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with bank policies, risk appetite, and responsible lending practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide constructive suggestions for improvement and refinement of policy, product, and appetite.
- Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Banking and Credit Risk, preferably with previous experience in preparing and/or assessing Credit Risk.
- Knowledge of business and economic issues, as well as understanding of business operating cycles and the agricultural industry.
- Previous experience in line management will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
