About The Role- Manage the relationship with Allianz Services and the Credit teams, oversee cost centre management, and ensure the Credit team processes align with Allianz Australia's strategic objectives.
- Ensure Credit Teams achieve collection KPIs and foster effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Support the development and implementation of plans to enhance staff engagement, prioritise customer care, and maintain prudent control over operational expenses.
- Facilitate reconciliation of intermediary accounts, ensuring debt collection aligns with service levels within the Credit Governance guideline policy.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement, refine the Credit Operations structure, and oversee management expenses to ensure cost control and wise investment.
- Holds tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and brings significant experience in insurance, underwriting, or credit operations within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Extensive leadership experience in operational credit roles, capable of guiding and inspiring teams in complex environments.
- Focuses on empowering individuals and teams to reach their potential, nurturing talent development and building pipelines for growth.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, able to interpret complex data to facilitate informed decisions with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple priorities.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
