Imagine delivering high-quality financial governance and compliance processes that drive business excellence. As a Finance Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the financial governance and compliance processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the program of external audit and address any material issues arising from the audit
  • Evaluate the adequacy of systems to monitor, report, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards impacting financial statements
  • Coordinate Financial Governance processes to ensure accurate financial records and compliant financial statements
  • Develop and communicate Group governance instructions outlining processes and timelines for governance activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Business or Commerce, and/or 3 years' corporate finance experience with external audit and financial governance functions
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Influence and hold others accountable for delivery against timelines
  • Effective communication, project, and change management skills
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities across teams and functions
