Our company is seeking an experienced Paper Mill Operator to join our team in Melbourne. As a skilled and motivated individual, you will be responsible for the optimal running, monitoring and troubleshooting of plant and equipment within the paper making operations.

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a stable and strong team that is heavily safety focused.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and controlling the paper machine process to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with plant and equipment.
  • Conducting regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
