We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Bag Production Specialist. As part of our reliability team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our paper bag manufacturing plant in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Production Capacity
- Maintain Productivity of Machines
- Evaluate Quality Processes
- Ensure Adherence to Health and Safety Protocols
The ideal candidate will possess a Mechanical Trade certificate with post-trade qualifications in hydraulics and pneumatics, along with extensive experience working on paper bag manufacturing machinery.
Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent machine troubleshooting skills, knowledge of preventative maintenance systems, and strong communication skills to effectively work with colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for upholding company policies and procedures, while also contributing to the development of your peers through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:- A minimum of 5 years of industrial experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
