
Health Information Manager

This is a key opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical coding team. As a highly experienced coder with exceptional technical skills, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical data is accurately coded and meets the required standards.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in health information management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to interpret and report on complex information rapidly and accurately, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
As a leader in our clinical coding team, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of high-quality services and improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinical coding team

- Providing leadership and guidance to team members to support their professional development
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management or Clinical Coding
- Proven experience in clinical coding, with a strong understanding of ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and report on complex information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide and develop team members
