About the Role:

The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage an efficient phone service, answering all calls and providing a professional and effective customer experience.
  • Identify and interpret parts through our enterprise applications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile, and inventory records.
  • Maintain departmental KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
