Job OverviewThe Club Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, building strong relationships with members, and ensuring an exceptional fitness experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day club operations, including staff management, scheduling, and maintaining facility standards.
  • Member Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve member issues promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Business Development: Drive membership sales, promotions, and retention strategies. Implement and manage programs to engage current and potential members.
  • Program Design: Design and promote fitness programs and classes. Optionally provide personal training sessions, utilizing your Certificate III in Fitness.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Fitness: Current certification or equivalent with a strong understanding of fitness principles.
  • Management Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and create a positive environment.
  • Leadership Ability: Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the member experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both daily operations and long-term projects.
