Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and farewell members and guests
  • Monitor club access and handle inquiries and complaints
  • Explain our Judgement Free Zone policy and provide tours of the club
  • Sell memberships and manage accounts
  • Operate the Point of Sale system and schedule Personal Exercise sessions
  • Maintain the front desk, perform daily cleaning, and restock supplies
  • Support new team members and maintain the Spa area

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Upbeat and motivating attitude, punctuality, and organizational skills
  • Relevant qualifications, current First Aid and CPR certifications, and Working with Children (WWC) clearance
