Club Manager

THE OPPORTUNITYViva Leisure, parent company to Club Lime, one of Australia's leading fitness companies, is looking for a new Club Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Shellharbour.
Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry and is the largest independent health club operator in Australia.
This role provides leadership, management and a passion for health and well-being to all members and employees associated with Viva.Skills & QualificationsCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness IndustryExperience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectorsDemonstrated people management and team leadership experienceProven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targetsOutstanding communication and leadership skills, with a passion for engaging both team members and clients to strengthen the brand.
Skilled in supporting diverse tasks and mentoring future leaders to help them achieve peak performanceProven ability to drive operational excellence through strong organisational and formal operational skills.
