Claims Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims.
This opportunity involves ensuring our injured customers receive the appropriate treatment and rehabilitation.
- Build strong relationships with claimants, employers, brokers, and treatment providers.
- Manage claims proactively using best practice strategies.
- Review medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports for accurate claim assessment.
- Ensure activities are completed within legislative and regulatory timeframes.
- Communicate with stakeholders via phone, correspondence, meetings, and hearings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for proactive claims management.
The successful candidate will have strong customer support experience, ability to engage, collaborate, and work well within a team to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
Key skills include business acumen, stakeholder management, and data analysis. A degree in Business, Law, Commerce, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
