We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Home Finance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their dream of owning their own home.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.
About the Role- This is a customer-facing role that requires strong people skills and the ability to build great relationships from the very first conversation.
- Experience with lending is essential for success in this role.
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
- Proven experience within sales/business development, with the ability to network effectively within the community.
- Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
