Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Mortgage Broker, you will:

  • Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
  • Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
  • Leverage property hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer's agents and conveyancing
  • Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it)
  • A background in sales or customer service roles
  • Drive and determination to contribute to business growth
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
