As a Lead Hydraulics Engineer at Aurecon, you'll have the opportunity to work on award-winning projects that shape the future. You'll receive regular technical training and development, and partner with colleagues from interstate to build your internal networks and maximise learning opportunities.
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning. You'll need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Certificate IV in plumbing design as a minimum, and demonstrate sound skills and experience in hydraulic system design.
Specifically, we're looking for someone with:
- Thorough understanding of local Australian buildings codes and standards
- Prior experience leading project teams on large, complex projects
- Knowledge of Revit and other hydraulic design tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and technologies
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry trends and advancements
