We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a trusted advisor and partner to our customer organizations. As a key stakeholder and account team liaison, you will play a pivotal role in forging deep relationships that drive long-term success.

This critical role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly terms.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform utilization, project leadership, Technology Consulting, or Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position, and further security clearance may be required in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the completion of our Signature Success catalog of services.
  • Providing timely and proactive guidance on Salesforce features and capabilities.
  • Acting as an advisor for the adoption of new features and identifying potential challenges and risks.
