Cloud Technology Expertise

This position entails delivering expert technical services in the execution of projects and support activities, focusing on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies including Intune/Autopilot, Defender, M365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint/Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Copilot and Viva.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a senior engineer on systems/solutions projects, collaborating with the Project Manager and technical lead to ensure smooth and correct implementation of customer solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of systems emphasizing Cloud and infrastructure technologies.
  • Ensure timely completion of technical delivery activities in accordance with contracted terms and agreed design.
  • Resolve complex problems with clients' systems and/or software applications and provide technical support to client requests dealing with complex service queries and problems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6+ years of related technical experience working with M365 and cloud technologies and with mid-market clients that are between 100 to 1000 seats.
  • Previous experience in an MSP environment particularly with Project Delivery.
  • Technical expertise in the design implementation and support of systems applied to small and medium environments.
  • Experience with Cross Tenant Google and/or On-Prem to Microsoft 365 migrations Identity SSO Email OneDrive SharePoint/Teams Intune Defender.
