Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide expert technical services in the delivery of projects and support services, focusing on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies such as Intune/Autopilot, Defender, M365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint/Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Copilot and Viva.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Implementation: Serve as a senior engineer on systems/solutions projects, collaborating with the project manager and technical lead to ensure smooth and correct implementation of customer solutions.
  • System Analysis and Design: Perform system analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of systems with an emphasis on Cloud and infrastructure technologies.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure technical delivery activities are performed in a timely manner, in accordance with contracted terms and agreed design.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure corporate customer satisfaction standards are met and follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service or products provided.
  • Technical Support: Resolve complex problems with clients' systems and/or software applications and provide technical support to client requests, dealing with complex service queries and problems.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of related technical experience working with M365 and cloud technologies and with mid-market clients that are between 100 to 1000 seats.
  • Previous experience in an MSP environment, particularly with Project Delivery.
  • Ability to work unsupervised onsite/remote for extended periods or as part of a team.
  • Technical expertise in the design, implementation, and support of systems applied to small and medium environments.
