Job Role Overview:
This role involves working in a field service environment, providing technical support to customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Diagnose and complete repairs using specialized tools and documented procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities on engine and related components in the field.
- Escalate unresolved issues to experienced technicians or supervisors.
- Complete documentation, such as service worksheets and timesheets.
- Identify additional service opportunities with customers.
- Maintain service vehicles and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
- Ensure adherence to Health Safety & Environmental policies and report any issues to site management.
Key Requirements:
- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification.
- Intermediate level of workshop or field service experience required.
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
- Heavy Vehicle Experience preferred.
Additional Benefits:
- Domestic relocation may be offered for the right candidate.
- Local Valid Drivers License is required.
