We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Diesel Technician Supervisor.

This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, coaching, and development skills to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the workmanship and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians.
  • They will strive to achieve service labour targets with repair and maintenance work, while driving a safe work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will effectively manage and monitor all work in progress to achieve company benchmarks.
About You:
  • A true leader with a genuine interest in motivating and inspiring a team of professionals.
  • Prior supervisory / leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Highly developed communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to liaise with customers, peers, co-workers and all levels of management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously.

  • Supervise the workmanship and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians.
