About the Job:

The Team Leader plays a pivotal role in leading and developing an assigned team of Diesel Technicians in the workshop, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a supervisory leader, you will oversee the workmanship and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians, strive to continuously achieve service labor targets, drive a safe working environment with a focus on continuous improvement, effectively manage/monitor all work in progress to achieve company benchmarks, and lead by example and advocate for core values such as integrity, teamwork, excellence, and commitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must be a true leader with a genuine interest in motivating and inspiring a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to liaise with customers, peers, coworkers, and management at all levels.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a similar role is necessary, along with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
