BTI Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the medical/pharma manufacturing space. We are searching for a Customer Operations Manager to lead a team of 2 and optimise operations across customer service, distributor management, and supply chain coordination.

In this key leadership role, you will:

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, issue resolution, and client onboarding
  • Manage key distributor relationships and ensure service excellence
  • Lead demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Collaborate across internal teams (CEO, Sales, Quality, Warehouse, and more)

What you will bring:

  • A solid background in operations, logistics, or project management
  • 3+ years' experience in customer or business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain processes, CRM, ERP & inventory systems
  • A qualification in Business, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
