Job Overview

A skilled Plant Operator is required to deliver exceptional results in rural works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain backhoes to facilitate trench excavation and roadwork tasks.
  • Ensure safe operation of heavy machinery while working in a team environment.
  • Load trucks with road base, pipes, drums, and other materials for efficient project execution.
  • Perform field duties in accordance with established work procedures.
  • Implement effective traffic control measures to ensure public safety.
Requirements
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated competency in operating a backhoe and adherence to WHS regulations.
  • WH&S Induction for Construction Works Certificate (White Card)
  • Traffic Control Ticket
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Strong commitment to the principles of integrity and honesty
