Project Lead

As a seasoned project lead, you will oversee the planning and execution of civil construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and progress reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in civil construction, commercial streetscape/landscape, or public realm works
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar

Experience in construction programs, contract administration, and project financials is highly desirable.
