About the Role

  • Procuring and negotiating contracts with subcontractors to optimize costs and deliver value for money.
  • Tracking project expenditures and preparing financial reports to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Coordinating resources and personnel to maximize efficiency across site operations.
  • Oversight of day-to-day site management, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality protocols.
Your Background
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in site-based roles within the civil sector (earthworks, pavements, drainage, bridges, roads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A strong commitment to upholding high safety, quality, and environmental standards is crucial.
