Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the world's largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, with 17,800 practitioners and over 40 years of experience. We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce, and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.
The role of SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Expert involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Real Estate to Capgemini clients. This includes playing a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contributing to successful project delivery.
The SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Expert will act as a functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle. They will work within the Capgemini team to perform configuration within relevant process areas.
The SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Expert will lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge. They will work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.
Qualifications and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in a similar SAP Real Estate Consultant position with a large end-user base or SAP Partners. They will have in-depth subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, understanding of SAP Finance modules, and Real Estate integration points to other modules such as FICO, SD, and MM.
The candidate will have previous experience working on large-scale SAP Implementations, with at least one full end-to-end SAP Implementation including S/4 HANA experience (On Premise or Public Cloud). They will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including documentation skills, and stakeholder management skills.
