Installation Management Professional

The role of an Installation Management Professional is to lead the installation process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of services to clients. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including installers, project managers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm the availability of installation teams and schedule appointments for the week or day as needed.
- Recruit electricians nationally, focusing on VIC and NSW regions.
- Liaise with installers, builders, and site supervisors via phone and email to ensure seamless communication.
- Regularly confirm and rearrange appointments as necessary.
- Resolve any issues that may arise before or during onsite installations.
About You:
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, specifically in scheduling, project management, or business development and management (BDM).
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
- Tech-savvy and commercially astute, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region, with the ability to commute to the Byron Bay office on weekdays.
