- Coordinate with other service providers including government departments and agencies, schools, health services, GP's, and allied health providers to ensure services are delivered.
- Linking young people to appropriate services to ensure holistic support is in place to facilitate recovery.
- Contribute to and be an active participant in a small and supportive team environment.
- Overnight travel is a requirement of this position.
We support people to live their best life. That includes you, our employee. A 'best life' is unique to everyone and can change as life changes.

- Work/Life Balance - Enjoy flexible work arrangements by negotiation and accrue an additional day off each month (a bonus of 12 days per year) as a full-time employee.
- Recognition and Reward - Sector-competitive remuneration, various recognition programs and access to long service leave after 5 years.

- Experience conducting assessments, providing case management, psychological interventions, counselling or group work.
- Be a natural team player with the capacity to work independently and autonomously.
- A demonstrated ability to provide outreach supports and well-developed travel and time management skills, including a willingness to travel and stay overnight.
If you identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, then we want to hear from you.
