We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Claims Case Manager. As a Trainee Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of common law focused CTP claims, working closely with solicitors and other stakeholders to identify effective claims options and negotiate settlements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of common law focused CTP claims through to finalisation
- Work with solicitors and other stakeholders to identify effective claims options
- Negotiate settlements and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Qualifications in law or experience working in personal injury law as a paralegal/legal support
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working as a graduate lawyer will be highly regarded
