Job Title: Payments / Merchant Services Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive growth in our integrated payments solution for existing customers. This role combines proactive outbound sales with strategic focus on transitioning current clients onto our in-house payments platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound sales outreach to convert existing customers without payments onto our integrated payments platform
  2. Proactively identify and engage existing customers using third-party gateways or ISOs, and convert them to the integrated payments solution
  3. Understand customer's current payments setup, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and present the business case for migration or adoption
  4. Partner with onboarding, customer success, and payments operations teams to ensure seamless transitions and high customer satisfaction
  5. Analyse customer processing statements to develop tailored pricing proposals that highlight cost savings and value of migrating to the integrated payments solution
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of merchant services, payment processing, or SaaS-based payments sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and credibility with business owners and operators
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
