We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our National Office team in Bundall on the Gold Coast.

The role is part of our integral Accounts Receivable team, which ensures that residents' accounts are maintained and payments are processed accurately and timely.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering customer accounts including collections.
  • Responding to customer billing inquiries.
  • Making outbound calls to residents and their families.
  • Processing payments.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Preparing month-end and ad hoc reports.

  • Solid experience in accounts receivable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with others and provide respectful support.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles.
