Advanced Physiotherapy Leadership Role

This leadership position focuses on delivering high-level physiotherapy services within a multidisciplinary team setting. You will lead and coordinate the delivery of advanced physiotherapy services in Orthopaedics, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support to physiotherapy staff across various acute inpatient settings
- Develop and implement innovative service practice models to improve patient outcomes
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in physiotherapy, with expertise in Orthopaedics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to integrate multiple sources of clinical evidence into practice
