Support & Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support & Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers, expanding our customer base, and driving key projects across various areas of the business.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone and email
  • Reviewing system updates to maintain a thorough understanding of our solutions
  • Assisting with the creation, review, and maintenance of training and support resources
  • Managing products and hardware

You will also be responsible for expanding our customer base through proactive sales efforts and managing all new customer installations.

In addition, you will drive key projects across all areas of the business, focusing on retail and wholesale efficiency processes, inventory management, and other initiatives.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft peer-to-peer networking, desktop operating systems, and Office programs.

Candidates with experience in general IT troubleshooting, SQL software, and retail management systems are highly preferred.

A positive and calm demeanor, even in a fast-paced environment, is essential for success in this role.
