Marketing Role

The role at Navitas offers a wide range of exciting opportunities to deliver marketing initiatives across various channels, targeting both B2C and B2B markets.

This is a dynamic position with a focus on supporting the growth of our team. As a marketing professional, you will be exposed to all aspects of marketing, including brand production, digital campaign support, content management, and reporting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of multiple marketing channels, implement your ideas, and work collaboratively with a dedicated team. You will spend time at our locations, working on grassroots marketing initiatives, and be part of a larger team that can provide support and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a hands-on marketing role.
  • Strong task prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, driven by purpose, and solution-focused.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking approach to daily challenges.
  • A high level of organization and effective time management skills to work to deadlines with competing priorities.
  • Be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, happy to occasionally step out of your comfort zone and learn something new.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience in the Australian Education sector.
  • Ability to speak or write in an additional language, particularly Arabic, Vietnamese, or Mandarin/Simplified Chinese.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Wordpress, or Campaign Monitor.
