Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with national and state-specific objectives, thereby enhancing brand awareness and driving commercial performance.
- To oversee local area marketing initiatives, ensuring effective community engagement and foot-traffic across on-the-ground activations.
- To utilise proven retail marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across each state-based program.
- To manage a broad range of marketing activities, including national and local-area activations, to drive business results.
Extensive B2C marketing experience (12+ years), particularly in a fast-paced, retail marketing or BTL context. Strong understanding of strategic marketing theory & customer engagement principles.
- Proven experience in 360-degree campaign execution, from strategy to in-market rollout across all consumer touch-points (digital - paid/owned/earned, print, CRM, social, content, PR, LAM activations/events).
- Strong presentation and influencing skills, the ability to manage both up & down effectively.
- Analytical capabilities - driving market research and extracting insights, taking a test & learn approach to inform future opportunities.
- Ability to drive cross-cultural marketing narratives that resonate with various audiences.
