Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a key point of contact for clients.
About The Role
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and responding to client needs
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Process orders and manage correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the sales team and provide administrative assistance as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution
- Order Processing: Process orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, minimum 6 months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
